Merrigo Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Merrigo mobile application (the "App"), which is developed and operated by Lanotech ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Merrigo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App immediately.

2. Use of the App

The Merrigo app provides tools for managing self-help groups, including tracking contributions, loans, and group activities. You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful and authorized purposes.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and group setup.
• Not interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data or accounts.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Merrigo, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Ensuring all group contributions and loan activities follow your group’s rules and policies.
• Reporting any suspected errors or security issues to your group admin or Merrigo support.

4. Group and Admin Responsibilities

Group administrators within Merrigo are responsible for:

• Managing member activities, contributions, and loans fairly and transparently.
• Verifying financial transactions and ensuring group records remain accurate.
• Handling disputes or member removals according to the group’s internal rules.

5. Financial Transactions

Merrigo facilitates record-keeping for contributions and loans but does not directly process or hold funds. All monetary transactions are governed by:

• Group rules set by administrators.
• Verification and approval workflows within the App.
• Third-party payment processors’ own terms and conditions, where applicable.

Lanotech is not a financial institution and does not provide banking or investment services.

6. Termination or Suspension

Lanotech reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Merrigo account without notice if you:

• Violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
• Fail to comply with group or app usage policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lanotech and the Merrigo app are not liable for:

• Losses or disputes arising from group mismanagement or user input errors.
• Delays, service interruptions, or technical issues beyond our control.
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software within Merrigo are the property of Lanotech or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

9. Changes to These Terms

Lanotech may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the Merrigo app or via email. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
